PlasmaHandgun has changed alot of coding:
so instead of reloading the plasma pistol, it will be fuctoned after you fire a charged plasma (takes 10 cells out)
If you fire too much it will cooldown till it recharged.
fixed the leg ssg because its slow and op.
speed up the BFG15k to make it exactly like BFG10k.

Seems infinite ammo on the plasma pistol is a bad idea so ammo will now count,
thanks to everyone for pointing out the bug when you have a empty ammo which is now fixed.
ammo for plasma pistol change from 20 to 30.
